My profession

8. And they said to him, "Tell us now...What is your business and from where do you come? What is your country and from which people are you?" 9. And he said to them, "I am a Hebrew and I revere YHWH, God of the heavens, who made the sea and the dry land." Judaism is the lens through which I see life. Even when overcome with doubts, I cannot help see the world through its lens. Like Jonah, the true nature of my profession is simply that I am a Hebrew.
